Für höchst aggressives Schleifen mit ultimativer Abtragsleistung auf Stahlwerkstoffen und harten Werkstoffen bei gleichzeitig extrem hoher Standzeit. Ultimative, konstante Höchstleistung durch das VICTOGRAIN-Schleifkorn.

Die VICTOGRAIN-Schleifkörner werden mit einer Seite des Dreiecks auf dem Träger fixiert. Dadurch werden sie besonders fest eingebunden und bieten in Verbindung mit der schlanken Form einen extrem großen Spanraum, wodurch der Zerspanprozess nochmals effizienter wird. Auch der strukturelle Aufbau der Dreiecke von VICTOGRAIN ist speziell angepasst. Die sehr kleinen Kristalle innerhalb des Dreiecks bieten ein optimales Verschleißverhalten: Es stehen stets sehr scharfe Schneiden zur Verfügung, aber nur ein notwendiges Minimum des Schleifkorns/Dreiecks bricht weg. Die Kombination dieser Eigenschaften bietet dem Anwender eine ultimative, konstante Höchstleistung bei kühlem Schliff und eine extrem hohe Standzeit bei gleichmäßiger Oberflächenrauheit des Werkstücks.
