  • Steel frame with oil-proof and watertight welded sheet steel trays
  • Lower sheet steel tray 25 mm high, oil-tight
  • Upper sheet steel tray 100 mm high, oil-tight. Shelf with tapered drain and 1/2 inch drain valve
  • Grating mesh width 31 x 31 mm, loosely inserted, flush at the top
