Application
Serration 1 = coarse (approximately 9 teeth per inch) for steel, bronze, iron (large areas) and for aluminium, tin, lead, leather and plastics amongst others.
Serration 2 = medium (approx. 12 teeth/inch), for steel, bronze, iron (small areas)

Execution
  • Teeth cut at an angle, with chip breaker
  • Chrome alloy special steel

Advantage
  • Fast cutting action even when applying only gentle pressure (labour saving)
  • No wave formations on the workpiece if files are guided diagonally relative to the surface (to right and left, not at right angles)
