Advantages of a stand bore measurement:
Thanks to the vertically clamped probe head, there is no need for the measuring instrument to oscillate in the bore. The measuring stroke can be carried out very sensitively and quickly. The smallest shape error of the bore (0.5 µm) is detected, e.g. conicity, ovality, barrel-shape.
